Flexible Rescheduling Rules
Free Self-Serve Rescheduling: Need to adjust your time? You can move your booking to any available future slot up to 12 hours before your session starts using the direct link in your calendar invite.
No Expiration on Credits: If you cannot immediately find a new time that fits, your booked session credit remains valid so you can lock in a new date whenever you are ready.
Technical Disruptions: If a technical failure on our end prevents a session from taking place, your booking credit is immediately restored, and you receive priority access to secure a replacement time.
