By using any service operated by fortheworld OÜ, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must cease using our services immediately.
2. Description of Service
fortheworld OÜ provides digital infrastructure, booking management via Sustainable Support, and professional content services. Our booking tool (book.sustainable.support) allows users to sync their Google Calendars to manage appointments and prevent scheduling conflicts.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
Identity: When you use Google, Apple, or LinkedIn to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or making a booking.
Prohibited Use: You may not use our services for any illegal activities or to transmit malicious code.
4. Google API Services Usage
For users utilizing our Google Calendar integration:
Authorized Access: You grant Sustainable Support permission to access your calendar data as specified during the OAuth consent process.
Limited Purpose: Our access is strictly limited to reading free/busy status and writing scheduled events.
Termination: You can revoke our access at any time via your Google Account security settings. Revoking access may disable certain features of our booking service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and infrastructure designs across the forthe.world ecosystem are the intellectual property of fortheworld OÜ or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of our services without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
fortheworld OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or scheduling errors caused by third-party API failures (e.g., Google or Apple service outages).
7. Data Retention & Deletion
In accordance with our "Clean Ecosystem" policy, we reserve the right to delete accounts and associated data that have been inactive for more than 365 days.
8. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
