1. The fortheworld Ecosystem
fortheworld OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") provides an integrated suite of digital tools, strategic support, and sustainability-focused platforms (the "Services"). These Terms apply to all websites, subdomains, and digital properties owned or operated by fortheworld OÜ, including but not limited to our centralized support hub at sustainable.support and all associated service domains.
2. Service Evolution & Billing
We are committed to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure.
Automated Billing: As of May 1, 2026, fortheworld OÜ is migrating to a fully automated self-service billing system.
Payment Methods: We support secure payments via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay.
Transition: Continued use of our infrastructure after May 15, 2026, constitutes acceptance of the automated billing model. Manual invoicing will be discontinued to ensure service continuity and efficiency.
3. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features, such as our Client Portal or Booking Hub, you may be required to sign in via secure, passwordless authentication or third-party providers. You agree to:

Maintain the security of the account or email used for authentication.
Notify us immediately at support@sustainable.support of any unauthorized use.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Infrastructure
Our Services are built as an integrated ecosystem of proprietary designs and specialized third-party white-label platforms.
Your use of these features is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.
While we curate and manage these tools as a unified "Business-as-a-Service" (BaaS) experience, fortheworld OÜ does not claim ownership of the underlying software owned by third-party licensors.
5. Intellectual Property
The "fortheworld" name, the "Sustainable" brand family, our logos, and all original content, curated infrastructure layouts, and strategic designs are the exclusive property of fortheworld OÜ.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the ecosystem provided by fortheworld OÜ.
Any unauthorized replication of our integrated systems or proprietary content is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide our platforms on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, fortheworld OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services or the performance of third-party integrated tools.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn.
