This Refund and Cancellations Policy governs the relationship between fortheworld OÜ ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and you, the user. This policy applies to all websites, products, and services operated by fortheworld OÜ, including but not limited to our centralized support hub at sustainable.support and all associated service domains.
Our policies are designed to be transparent and in full compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act.
1. Digital Products and Services
All sales of digital content (including but not limited to software, digital downloads, and immediate access assets) are final.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the performance of a digital service has begun or digital content has been accessed/downloaded.
EU Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing digital content or services from fortheworld OÜ, you provide your express prior consent to begin the performance of the contract immediately. You acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the digital delivery or performance has commenced (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
2. Business Consultations and Support Sessions
Consultations and support sessions are professional service contracts.
No Refunds for Completed Sessions: Once a consultation or support session has been fully performed, it is non-refundable.
Waiver of Withdrawal: By booking and attending a session, you agree that the service is being performed with your express consent. In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal ceases to exist once the service has been fully performed (Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at meet.sustainable.support
3. Print-on-Demand (POD) Goods
Our physical merchandise is "Print-on-Demand," meaning each item is custom-manufactured specifically for you through our global vendor network.
Exclusion from Withdrawal: Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is excluded for "the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized."
No Remorse Refunds: Because these items are unique to your order and cannot be restocked, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" (e.g., incorrect size/color selection or change of mind).
Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, please notify us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for verified defects.
4. Subscription & Bundle Services (Cancellations)
For service bundles where fees are collected upfront, the following cancellation terms apply:
Cancellation Timing: You may cancel your service at any time. The cancellation will be processed and become effective as of the next scheduled invoice.
Continued Access: If you cancel with time remaining in your current billing cycle (e.g., 15 days remaining), you will retain full access to the services until the end of that paid period.
Data Preservation: fortheworld OÜ is not responsible for data loss after the billing cycle ends. We strongly recommend backing up and saving all your data during the remaining days of your active service.
No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle once the upfront payment has been processed.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Estonian or EU law regarding services that are not provided as described or goods that are faulty.
