Troubleshooting Integrations

"Mastered Infrastructure" is designed to be invisible. However, because we bridge multiple third-party services (Google, Apple, Meta, LinkedIn), external updates can occasionally cause a "hiccup." Here is how to resolve the most common issues.

Calendar Sync Issues

If your meetings aren't appearing in your personal calendar:

  • Check Permissions: Visit your Google or Apple account settings and ensure fortheworld has "Read/Write" permissions for your calendar.

  • Refresh Connection: Sometimes, simply logging out of meet.forthe.world and logging back in triggers a fresh API handshake.

Magic Link Not Arriving

If you are trying to access portal.forthe.world and the link hasn't arrived:

  • The 15-Minute Rule: Magic Links are valid for 15 minutes. If you wait too long, you’ll need to request a new one.

  • Check the "Promotions" Tab: High-security automated emails are sometimes filtered by aggressive inbox algorithms.

  • Whitelist Us: Add support@forthe.world to your "Safe Senders" list.

Browser & Cache Issues

If a dashboard isn't loading correctly:

  • Incognito Test: Try opening the site in an Incognito/Private window. If it works there, you likely need to clear your browser cache.

  • Ad-Blockers: Some "Aggressive" ad-blockers stop the secure scripts required for our social logins to function. Try disabling them for our domains.
