Monitoring & Maintenance

  • Real-Time Monitoring: Our team receives instant alerts if any service latency exceeds our strict thresholds.

  • Scheduled Maintenance: We perform infrastructure upgrades during "low-impact" hours (typically Sunday 02:00 UTC). You will always receive a 48-hour notice via the Sustainable Portal if a brief service window is required.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe you have encountered a localized outage, please check our status indicators in the Portal or email support@forthe.world. We treat "System Down" reports with the highest priority.
