Understanding your invoice and its payment deadline helps ensure uninterrupted access to the services provided by fortheworld OÜ.
When is my payment due?
Each invoice specifies its payment due date and the amount payable. Customers are responsible for reviewing their invoices and arranging payment by the stated deadline.
If you have questions about an invoice or believe the due date or amount is incorrect, please contact our Billing Department.
Where can I find my payment deadline?
Your invoice contains the relevant payment information, including:
Invoice number and issue date.
Amount due and currency.
Payment instructions.
Payment due date.
If any information is missing or unclear, contact our Billing Department for assistance.
What happens if I miss a payment deadline?
If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, fortheworld OÜ may contact you regarding the outstanding balance.
Depending on your applicable agreement, payment terms and any required notice, overdue payments may result in service restrictions or suspension.
Any late-payment interest, contractual penalties or additional charges must comply with the applicable agreement and relevant law.
If you are experiencing a payment issue, please contact us promptly to discuss the situation and understand the available next steps.
What if I have already made the payment?
If you have completed a bank transfer but your payment has not yet been confirmed, contact our Billing Department and provide your invoice number and proof of payment, if available.
A transfer may take time to process, depending on the payment method and the financial institutions involved. Initiating a transfer does not necessarily mean the payment has been received.
