Paying invoices by their due dates helps maintain uninterrupted access to the services provided by fortheworld OÜ. If an invoice becomes overdue, we encourage you to resolve the outstanding balance promptly or contact our Billing Department if you need clarification.
When is an invoice considered overdue?
An invoice is considered overdue when the payment has not been received by its stated due date, unless different arrangements apply under your agreement or applicable law.
If you believe you have already paid an invoice, please contact us with your payment details so we can investigate.
What happens when an invoice becomes overdue?
If your invoice remains unpaid after the due date, fortheworld OÜ may send a payment reminder requesting settlement of the outstanding balance.
Depending on the circumstances and the terms of your agreement, further steps may include:
Additional payment reminders.
A request for confirmation of an initiated bank transfer.
Notice of potential service restrictions or suspension.
Further action to recover the outstanding amount, where appropriate and legally permitted.
Any applicable late-payment interest, penalties or additional charges must be supported by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
What should I do if I receive a payment reminder?
If you receive a reminder, please:
Check the invoice number, amount due and payment deadline.
If the invoice remains unpaid, arrange payment using the instructions provided.
If you have already paid, send your payment confirmation to our Billing Department.
If you believe the invoice is incorrect, contact us and explain the issue.
Please include your invoice number in all correspondence to help us identify the relevant account and resolve your enquiry efficiently.
What if I cannot pay by the due date?
If you anticipate a payment delay, contact our Billing Department as soon as possible.
Explain your situation and include the relevant invoice number. We can clarify the outstanding balance and discuss any available options.
Please note that contacting us does not automatically extend the payment deadline or change your contractual obligations. Any revised payment arrangement must be agreed upon by the relevant parties.
Can overdue invoices affect my services?
Yes. Depending on your agreement, applicable notice requirements and relevant law, unpaid invoices may lead to restrictions or temporary suspension of the associated services.
Where required, notice will be provided in accordance with the applicable terms.
If your service has already been suspended, please refer to our Service Suspension & Restoration Policy for information about the next steps.
What if I disagree with an invoice?
If you believe an invoice contains an error or includes an amount you do not recognise, contact our Billing Department promptly.
Include the invoice number and explain which amount or item you are questioning. Please provide any relevant supporting information so we can review the matter.
Raising a billing question does not automatically cancel the invoice or suspend applicable payment obligations. The handling of disputed amounts will depend on the circumstances, your agreement and applicable law.
