Billing Questions & Disputes

If you have a question about an invoice, notice an unexpected charge or disagree with a billed amount, our Billing Department can help you understand the situation and clarify the next steps.

We aim to handle billing enquiries professionally, transparently and in accordance with the applicable agreements.

When should I contact the Billing Department?

You can contact us if you need help with:

  • An invoice you do not understand.

  • An incorrect amount, duplicate invoice or potential billing error.

  • A payment that has not been recognised.

  • A payment reminder you believe is incorrect.

  • A question about payment deadlines or outstanding balances.

  • A subscription payment or recurring charge.

  • A service restriction related to a billing issue.

  • A request for clarification about your payment arrangements.

How do I report a billing error?

To help us investigate your enquiry efficiently:

  1. Identify the invoice or transaction concerned.

  2. Explain the issue clearly, including which amount or item you are questioning.

  3. Provide any relevant supporting documents, if available.

  4. Include your invoice number or payment reference.

  5. Send your enquiry to our Billing Department.

Please avoid sending unrelated personal or financial information.

What happens after I submit my enquiry?

Our Billing Department will review the information you provide and determine whether further clarification or investigation is needed.

We may contact you to request additional details or supporting documents. If an error is identified, we will explain the appropriate correction or next steps.

Resolution times may vary depending on the nature of the enquiry and whether information from banks, payment providers or other parties is required.

What if I disagree with an invoice?

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, please explain the reason for your disagreement and identify the relevant amount or service.

We will review the matter against the applicable agreement, invoice details and available records.

Submitting a dispute does not automatically cancel an invoice, waive an outstanding balance or change the payment deadline. Your rights and obligations will depend on the circumstances, the applicable agreement and relevant law.

If a payment deadline is approaching, contact us promptly rather than assuming that the deadline has been extended.

What if I have been charged twice?

If you believe you have made a duplicate payment, contact us with:

  • The relevant invoice number.

  • The dates of the transactions.

  • The amounts and currencies.

  • Available payment confirmations or transaction references.

We will review the transactions to determine whether a duplicate payment occurred and explain the appropriate next steps.

Please do not send full card details, card security codes, banking passwords or authentication codes.

What if my question concerns a suspended service?

If your service has been restricted or suspended and you believe this relates to a payment that you have already made, contact our Billing Department.

Include your invoice number and proof of payment, if available. We will review the payment status and explain the applicable restoration requirements.
